GLORi Builders

To capture man's glori and return it as God's Glory.

g → G

A movement of Christian technologists who build with the GLORi stack and give through GLORi.

“Let us rise up and build.” So they strengthened their hands for this good work.Nehemiah 2:18

Our mission

Crews of Christian builders who use their technical gifts for the Kingdom.

Plant, grow and serve crews of Christian builders who use their technical gifts for the Kingdom, and who unite where they can, with GLORi's brand, platform and giving, to show His unfathomable love.

Our vision is builders from every nation helping GLORi become the largest charity in human history. Success, personal and ministry, is measured by Kingdom impact and nothing less.

Four pillars

Build · Belong · Believe · Give

Build

Craft

World-class work that showcases His love. We build real things customers can rely on, heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Excellence is worship.

Colossians 3:23 · Exodus 31:3–5

Belong

Community

His people and networks, gathered from the north, south, east and west. No one builds alone: we share code, teach openly, and hold each other accountable.

Isaiah 43:5–6 · Ecclesiastes 4:9–12

Believe

Christ

Radical obedience and dependence on the Holy Spirit. Godly innovation, so every venture bears the mark of His Spirit, and discernment about what we should and should not build.

Zechariah 4:6 · John 15:5 · James 1:5

Give

Generosity

His extravagant generosity, made visible. What we build funds meals, Bibles and wells, and every builder can see what their work gave.

2 Corinthians 9:11 · Acts 20:35

Our credo

“No one builds alone, and no builder stays where we found them.”

How it works

Build Night, Crew, Hub, Network.

  1. 1

    Build Night

A weekly gathering where builders ship something together and close in prayer.

  2. 2

    Crew

A team of 5 to 15 builders who ship together, local or online, with members from anywhere.

  3. 3

    Hub

In-person community for every builder in a city: gatherings, demo days, worship and meals.

  4. 4

    Network

Every crew and hub together: shared faith, principles, stack and brand, with the whole network meeting online each quarter.

Free to join, free to gather. Open to every believer who wants to build: no experience required.

Five principles

Keep these five, and you are a crew.

  1. 1

Free to join, free to gather.

No dues to belong. Ministry projects cost the church nothing.

  2. 2

Open to every believer who wants to build.

Men and women, from day one. No experience required: beginners, engineers and product people build side by side. Each crew chooses to be men's, women's or mixed.

  3. 3

    Ship together, in the open.

Crews meet weekly, in person or online, and every session ends with something shown: a demo, a merged PR, a deploy. Each crew posts its progress to the network ship log monthly.

  4. 4

Led by servants, handed on well.

Leaders are builders, not appointees: no title or certificate needed. Crew and hub leaders serve a set term, train a successor and hand over in the open. No one holds a role forever, and every role has someone being prepared to take it.

  5. 5

    Begin and end in prayer.

Every gathering opens by committing the work to God (the Builder's Prayer or the crew's own words) and closes in the Upper Room: what we shipped, who we served, who needs help, and what we're giving.

Come build with us.

Join a crew near you or online, or start one. If you keep the five principles, you are in.
