Servant
Builders who just want to help: ministry tools, mentoring, crew leadership.
What GLORi asks. Nothing beyond the five principles.
What GLORi gives. Platform, community, training, honor. Service is recognized as fully as founding.
Give
Everything GLORi offers builders is an invitation, not a requirement. Builders own what they build. They can sell it, raise money for it or give it away without GLORi's permission.
Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.2 Corinthians 9:7
Four ways to take part
GLORi's part is to make the offer so good that building for the Kingdom with GLORi is the obvious choice: a trusted brand, customers, capital, a platform that works, and a giving engine no one else has. Some builders will found companies, some will simply serve, and both are honored equally.
Builders who just want to help: ministry tools, mentoring, crew leadership.
What GLORi asks. Nothing beyond the five principles.
What GLORi gives. Platform, community, training, honor. Service is recognized as fully as founding.
Christian builders finding their calling who aren't ready to commit to giving through GLORi.
What GLORi asks. The paid tier for commercial work (the free tier is for ministry and learning), plus the five principles if they join a crew.
What GLORi gives. Platform, community, mentoring, and a standing invitation to become a Partner.
Independent companies that commit to giving and to the GLORi stack. Bronze, Silver or Gold.
What GLORi asks. The giving floor and their tier's giving, the stack, and disclosing their tier. GLORi also has the right of first refusal on a sale.
What GLORi gives. Full use of the GLORi brand, co-marketing, sales through GLORi channels, the giving engine, priority review, access to GLORi capital.
Teams that join Glori Incorporated under the 100% model.
What GLORi asks. GLORi acquires 50% or more of the company.
What GLORi gives. The founders are paid for the stake and keep the rest, a 10%+ pool to recruit talent, GLORi's full resources, and a place in the 100% giving model.
For Partners, when a company is to be sold, GLORi may buy it on the same terms as the best outside offer, at fair market value or better. Joining GLORi proper means Glori Incorporated acquires 50% or more of the company at fair market value, and the founders are paid for the stake they sell.
Giving tiers
Revenue comes straight off the tax return and can't be shrunk by expenses, so tiers are simple to verify. A new crew with little revenue gives little, so the bar never stops anyone from starting. It grows as they grow.
Bronze
1%
of gross revenue each year. For a typical business, that is a tithe of profit.
Silver
5%
of gross revenue each year. Halfway to the tithe.
Gold
10%
of gross revenue each year: the tithe. Gives like GLORi.
GLORi proper
100%
of distributed profit. Joins Glori Incorporated.
Bronze, Silver and Gold are the three Partner tiers.
Where the giving goes
Giving flows only through the GLORi giving engine, to its funds and verified ministries, and the Partner chooses among them. That makes every dollar auditable, and customers can see the meals, Bibles and wells their purchase funded.
Churches and their missions can be recipients by being verified in the giving engine.
Tier disclosure
Every Partner may use the GLORi name in full, and each discloses its tier publicly (“a GLORi Gold Partner”). Giving is verified, not assumed: each year, a Partner's gross revenue is compared with the giving recorded in the engine.
It is more blessed to give than to receive.Acts 20:35
